What are you reading?

I'm currently finishing up William Freehling's Road to Disunion, Secessionists Triumphant, 1854-1861 (http://www.amazon.com/Road-Disunion-Secessionists-Triumphant-1854-1861/dp/0195058151/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/002-5078886-3102421?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1179609556&sr=1-1). Benjamin Barber's Consumed: How Markets Corrupt Children, Infantilize Adults, and Swallow Citizens Whole (http://www.amazon.com/Consumed-Markets-Children-Infantilize-Citizens/dp/0393049612) sounds good. Barber was on C-SPAN discussing his book earlier today. I might read that next.
