Judging by the article abstract (http://dienekes.blogspot.com/2007/01/mtdna-differences-between-populations.html) the above table is apparently intended mainly to show differences in the maternal (mtDNA) haplogroup lineages of two populations of Ashkenazi Jews, but it also shows Ashkenazi Jews and Slavs to be distinct races (we didn't need modern genetics to tell us that, of course): according to the table, Jewish and Slavic maternal genetic lineages differ significantly with respect to frequencies of mitochondrial haplogroups K, H, U (non K), N1, X, somewhat also T, and a few others.
