Law enforcement officials say the non-White invader MS-13 street gang has wreaked violent havoc in parts of Prince George's and Montgomery counties, committing murders, assaults, rapes and robberies as part of a coldly calculated criminal conspiracy.

Starting this week in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, federal prosecutors will get the chance to prove it. Opening statements are scheduled to begin tomorrow morning as the first two alleged members of MS-13 charged with racketeering in Maryland go on trial.

Twenty-two alleged members were indicted on the federal racketeering charges, and three have pleaded guilty to related charges. Prosecutors have filed papers saying they are seeking the death penalty against nine of the remaining 19 defendants.

The sweeping indictment accuses the gang of six homicides and four attempted homicides between April 2003 and June 2005. Eight were in Prince George's and the others in Montgomery.

MS-13, also known as Mara Salvatrucha, is far more structured than typical neighborhood street gangs, federal prosecutors say. In a superseding indictment handed up last week, prosecutors allege that MS-13 operates in 10 states and in the District as well as in El Salvador, Honduras and Mexico and has 10,000 members.

In Prince George's and Montgomery, MS-13 members have conspired to commit rape, kidnapping, robbery and obstruction of justice by attacking or intimidating witnesses, the indictment alleges.

The first trial, of Oscar Ramos "Casper" Velasquez, 21, of Baltimore and Edgar Alberto "Pony" Ayala, 29, of Suitland is expected to last at least six weeks. Neither faces the death penalty.

According to the indictment handed up last week, Velasquez and other alleged Mara Salvatrucha gang members sexually assaulted two juvenile girls at an MS-13 "skipping party" -- in which students ditch school -- on May 12, 2003. Velasquez is accused of having a deadly weapon during that assault.

I used to live in Frederick, Md. and I am not suprised that this is happening. These filthy Mestizos would mostly move to apartment complexes by shopping malls. According to the Americans for Better Immigration website, Maryland does not have a spectacular immigration rating either. I heard about those, and its no wonder Maryland (where I'm currently living btw, in Montgomery County) and especially around here has these gangs. Take a walk down any street and I gaurentee you won't hear English.

Thank goodness this is temporary, and that I don't have to travel by myself very far. I've seen plenty of potential gang members running around. I'll be damned if any idiot gang member tries to rape me.

However, I don't quite care for issues in the US, although they effect me and I need to stay clear of them, I'm not going to be here forever. There are more important countries and populations with troubles that I am concerned about.

I feel bad for you because Montgomery County is a minority cesspool. It is good that you are only there for a short designated time. My German teacher's place in Gaithersburg was robbed. There are definately is a large amount of non-English speaking illegals and parts of the county have a very high Jewish population. Rockville has a huge Jewish center which is unfortunate ... A large amount of these Mestizo gangs(MS-13) from Montgomery County have migrated to Frederick County. At one time Maryland was full of German communities, hence the name of the town Germantown.

I do not have the statistics, but in my observation I see that the major crime of these Mestizos primarily in the 1970's to present(at its highest point). Many of them are first generation immigrants because even stepping in the American nation is a crime.

MS-13's Primary Goal Is Killing, Prosecutor Says at Start of Trial

Members of the MS-13 street gang live by the motto "We kill, we rape, we control" and follow the orders of leaders known as "The Word," a prosecutor said yesterday as the federal racketeering trial of two alleged gang members began.

MS-13, a violent Latino gang also known as Mara Salvatrucha, has rules that include a standing edict to kill rival gang members, Assistant U.S. Attorney Sandra Wilkinson said in her opening statement in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt.

"The objective of the gang is to kill people," Wilkinson said.

Prosecutors said in court papers that the gang has 10,000 members in 10 states and the District, as well as in El Salvador, Honduras and Mexico. Wilkinson said MS-13 has many cliques, which she compared to business franchises.

Each clique has a leader, "The Word," and each leader has a top lieutenant, "The Second," Wilkinson said.

The defendants, Oscar Ramos "Casper" Velasquez, 21, of Baltimore and Edgar Alberto "Pony" Ayala, 28, of Suitland, are the first two of 19 scheduled to go on trial. They are being tried under the federal RICO law, which was enacted in the early 1970s to target Mafia groups.

MS-13 gang members have conspired to commit murder, rape, kidnapping and robbery and to obstruct justice by attacking or intimidating witnesses, federal prosecutors allege in their original indictment and two superseding indictments.

The original indictment charges the gang with six homicides and four attempted murders between April 2003 and June 2005. Eight of the attacks were in Prince George's County, the other two in Montgomery County.

A superseding murder indictment handed up last week cites an additional case, from January 2005, when, it alleges, two MS-13 gang members fired into a group of youths sitting outside an apartment building in Fairfax County. One man was killed and two juveniles were wounded in that assault.

Neither Velasquez nor Ayala is charged with murder. Neither faces the possibility of the death penalty if convicted, although nine defendants do.

In their opening arguments, defense attorneys for Velasquez and Ayala said prosecutors were trying to convict their clients for the actions of others.

Gary A. Ticknor, Ayala's defense attorney, told jurors that President Harry S. Truman was a member of the Ku Klux Klan for a time. "You can be a member of a horrible organization and be a decent human being," he said.

Richard C. Bittner, Velasquez's attorney, said the government's case against his client amounts to "guilt by association."

According to prosecutors, Velasquez and others accused of being MS-13 members sexually assaulted two teenage girls at a "skipping party" -- in which students ditch school -- May 12, 2003. In her opening statement, Wilkinson said Velasquez wielded a gun during the assault, adding that the victims were 15 and 16 at the time.

Velasquez is also accused of helping assault rival gang members outside a Langley Park nightclub in September 2004 and of attending an MS-13 meeting at which dues were paid.

Ayala is accused of driving with fellow gang members to the Fairfax County apartment building where a man was fatally shot. Ayala is also accused of giving false testimony to a Prince George's grand jury that investigated the beating death of Ashley Antonio Urias in May 2004. Wilkinson said in her initial statement that Ayala was covering up for MS-13 members.

Anyways, the US can deal with the reprocussions of their muddpool policy all they like. I just hope I can deal with being sandwhiched between gang violence and the Yammakas (whatever its spelled like).

I wonder if illegals get guaranteed citizenship when involved with a "sham marriage" anymore? Your mother's friend might want to be careful when havng a relationship with an illegal because who knows what this fraudulant citizen will do to cheat or somehow jip his/her partner. The one that is a fault is the race-mixer though so why should one even care ... Lastly, I want to mention Dual US/Israeli citizen Michael Chertoff lives in Mo. Co.(Chevy Chase) if you or anyone here does not already know.

My mother's friend is male. He has a fetish (unfortunately) for women of darker pigmentation than he, and he's (although mudded around from being in the US) Irish/English. So he of course is trying to have a relationship with a rather dark Phillipino women, and my mother does warn him about what could happen when dealing with an illegal.
