No I obviously have taken the time to look at statistical studies on discrimination, police brutality, history of the correctional system, etc. And all of these facts, which are rarely discussed, destroy the idea that blacks have advantages in American society.

Statistical studies back up what I am saying. For example, take a look at the prison population by race, before and after 1964(hint: the year is important). Prior to that, 2/3 of the prison population in the US was white. Soon after that, it reversed and the 2/3 became black. That alone should tell us something was wrong, that one side was being targeted, because at first it makes sense that whites would be the majority given that they were the national majority. To get a relatively small minority and turn it into the overrepresented 2/3 of the prison population means that there is clearly injustice going on.
But please, if you think that institutional racism is a myth, and that blacks aren’t oppressed in America, let us start from the beginning. Tell me when blacks WERE oppressed in America.

Negroes were never oppressed in the Americas. For one thing, they should be grateful to the white man for rescuing them from the African jungle and giving them a chance to reach their full potential in a sophisticated culture that offered many opportunities for personal growth and development. And the negroes, as well as others such as mestizos or Natives, do get more unfair advantages than whites in the form of affirmative action, quotas, massive welfare payments, Head Start programs and preferential hiring policies. The only place where they are not getting any special treatment is the justice system, where almost half of all prisoners are negroes. It only goes to show that negroes need the firm hand of white paternalism in order to be well-behaved in public such as they had during the age of segregation.

Negroes are indeed allowed lower standards than whites. I suppose nobody wants to believe the facts of lower average IQ/the constant gap in school performance, or would consider that there is a higher percentage of negroes in prison because they are the ones *committing the most crimes*, or any of the other “hate facts”…or is all that to be blamed on “white racism”, also?
I don’t believe this is some anti-white conspiracy; the liberal elite simply wants to force us to believe that we are all equal. But if race is a social construct as they claim, why is affirmative action even necessary? If all members of a society cannot be held to the same standards, that’s the sign that something is wrong.

Ok let’s see, Racial Awareness is apparently a moron. Despite affirmative action, scientific studies have shown that candidates with similar qualifications are more likely to be called back if they don’t have “black sounding names”. In other words, candidate Jessica Smythe is far more likely to get a call back on her application than Latisha Jackson. Hmm..wait a minute, I thought all these companies were chomping at the bit to hire blacks and minorities? If this were the case, those studies would certainly provide the evidence- yet they provide evidence of the opposite; discrimination. In addition to those studies, other studies involve interviews with black and white candidates. They found that white candidates with slightly less qualifications, or even felony convictions, are more likely to get a job over a black candidate who has equal or slightly better qualifications. Again- where is this massive advantage?
The fact is that the user “Racial Awareness” is a talentless loser who for some reason sees successful black people around him and is angry about it. He will most likely live out the rest of his life as a whiny, butthurt loser.
@Zoya- IQ is more and more being rejected as a measure of human intelligence(as if it could be measured), if for no other reason than the fact that so many high-IQ people make incredibly stupid decisions, or lack basic common sense. As for the prison statistics, the idea that blacks are committing most of the crimes can’t explain why the prison population shifted so radically within a few short years. That would suggest that a HUGE portion of whites stopped committing crimes, while the black community immediately took up the slack and kept it. Highly unlikely.
The thing about crime and IQ statistics is that you should control for income and population density. When you do this, lo and behold- black and white statistics do not show significant differences.
And as for public safety, just remember, if you want to get raped, shot, or beaten to death, the best way to do so is to have the perception that you can identify a criminal visually based on their ethnicity. You’ll never see it coming.

Secondly negro, IQ tests are a valid measure of intelligence because people who take the tests multiple times always obtain the same results; they are reliable because different tests produce the same scores; high performance on one subtest battery is positively correlated with high performance on other subtest batteries. My conclusion is inescapable: negroes have smaller brains and lower intelligence than whites, hence their mediocre academic performance.
Lastly, the great disparity in crime between whites and negroes is because of the negro’s higher level of testosterone than whites, which increases the negro propensity to violent behavior. Negroes are only 12% of the population, yet commit 50% of the crime. This is because negroes are dominated by their sexual urges and cannot control the need to breed. On the subject of education, yes it is true that blacks suffer a disadvantage at the hands of educational system, but I find this argument strange coming from you, as it suggest an environmental cause rather than genetic inheritance. After all, poor and rural whites ALSO do poorly thanks to inadequate education and if your racial theories were right that shouldn’t matter.
Last on this point, the American education does little toward providing job skills in compulsory schools. Many schools had to give up their vocational training classes.

Though your characterization here is most likely wrong, the fact remains that there are still plenty of high-IQ people who are totally unsuccessful in life, and can’t handle the simplest social interactions. In other words, your score on an IQ test is worth “muh dik” in the real world. From my experience with your kind, your claims about the IQ test results are also most likely copied and pasted from some horrendously out-of-date article and mischaracterized as you don’t have any idea what you are talking about.

Really? So how do you explain the huge rise in crime in Eastern European nations after the fall of socialism? Did testosterone suddenly go up sharply after 1989?

Tard, 50% of the crime isn’t the same as violent crime, which would be pretty damn important if you were trying to support your idiotic testosterone claims here. Getting popped for marijuana possession is a crime which goes toward the statistics, and in some states it is punishable by a mandatory minimum of five years. Despite the fact that statistics show whites are more likely to both use and sell drugs, most of the cops are deployed not in the suburbs but the inner city- so guess who they are more likely to find.
And again, your little theory can’t explain why at one time, most of the criminals in the correctional system were white- 2/3 majority actually, and then the ratio reversed itself right around the time the War on Drugs began in 1971. So if your theory had any merit, we would have to assume that whites LOST a lot of testosterone in a short period for some bizarre reason.
And once again, when looking at crime statistics, you need to control for geography, specifically population density, and income. When you do that- surprise surprise!! White and black crime rates become virtually the same. Otherwise you would have a hard time explaining as to why Eastern Europe, which is almost all white, has such high crime.

Ever hear of Woodstock 99? A nearly all-white crowd raped, looted, and pillaged the concert. The scene has been repeated across many university campuses since then. By the way, were you aware that segregation and Jim Crow existed mainly only in the South?
I almost forgot to respond to another bit of idiocy from your previous post, where you included “massive welfare payments” as “advantages” blacks have over whites. Had you not been retarded, you might have figured out that welfare programs are every bit as available to whites, and had you checked you would have seen that whites receive far more in such programs than blacks. All of this is irrelevant though because welfare was gutted back in the 90s anyway. And as long as we are talking about handouts- what about farm subsidies? Or better yet, corporate bailouts, which benefit white businessmen and comprise FAR more in tax dollars than welfare checks, the majority of which go to whites anyway.
Conclusion- you are retarded. Stop dreaming of an all-white society, because if one were to exist, you would still find yourself on the bottom and you would have nobody else to blame for your failure then.

Even if you somehow doubt IQ tests, that doesn’t explain why negroes are disproportionately failing tests that whites are able to pass, resulting in the standards being lowered for them to be eligible. This includes results from integrated schools, so why is the education not inadequate for everyone else? (I’m not implying that American compulsory education is worth much to begin with, since they are graduating students who can barely read or form coherent sentences.)
About crime statistics – population of black people: 12.8%. Black violent crime arrests from 1976-2005: 39.3%. Percent of black prisoners: 37.5%. Looks like a significant (and consistent) enough number to me. It has nothing to do with drugs. But I don’t believe the “war on drugs” is effective, either.
I honestly believe that race SHOULDN’T be important, but the race-based handouts cannot be denied. People are obsessed with diversity for the sake of diversity rather than judging based on the competence of the individual. Again, if all races are equal, why is this necessary?

Zoya, if you had done your homework, you would know that people don’t “fail” IQ tests. You can get a low score obviously, but like I keep saying, there are plenty of high-IQ types out there with no talent, and no social interaction ability. May I remind you that social skills are very important to getting ahead in the professional world.
And while it would be foolish to disregard the role of drugs in violent crime, I keep telling you to look at the economic factors and population density in areas where blacks generally live. Urban areas with high population density and low income tend to have high crime. If you don’t think economics is a cause of crime, you would be hard pressed to explain why many Eastern European cities which were once crime free under socialism are suddenly havens of all kinds of crime. One thing is for sure, testosterone levels didn’t jump up as the retarded poster tried to suggest.
If you are angry about “race-based” handouts, then you should consider that the majority of government hand outs go to whites, whether we are talking about welfare checks, farm subsidies, or trillion dollar bailouts. As for the question as to why race-based policies like affirmative action are necessary, this is because discrimination is a proven fact, even long since the the beginning of such policies.

Strange that you mention the Deep South too because it also has a large amount of African Americans, which by your logic should make the crime rates even higher. Deep South does not have a hell of a lot of crime stop lying for once. At best they have some higher rates of car theft and meth abuse that’s it but that also skyrockets in major cities. Actually the deep south does have high crime rates, but again you have to look at the difference between the rural areas and the inner cities. Again it’s strange that you would put forth the deep south because this has a high concentration of African Americans still, and it also happens to be the poorest part of the entire country.
And as for your claims on Eastern Europe, I find it funny that when it comes to white Europeans, environmental causes are somehow an explanation, but when it comes to African Americans, it must be genetic. You don’t see a problem with that?

When I said “tests” the second time, I wasn’t talking about IQ tests. I was talking about job placement/promotion and primary education standardized tests. Yes, social skills are important, but so is being qualified for your line of work.
I don’t doubt that capitalism is a cause of crime or believe that every crime committed anywhere has something to do with genetics. Living in a low income urban area doesn’t excuse the violent gang culture. If I recall correctly, most victims of violent crimes committed by negroes are other negroes.
I don’t support bailouts or handouts for the lumpenproletariat, no matter what race they are. That still doesn’t justify the double standards in favor of “minorities” (which in many areas they are not) who may be less skilled, for the sake of meeting artificial diversity quotas.

Standardized tests in school also can’t be “failed”, as far as I can remember. They only show what grade level you read or do math at. These really don’t have much to do with your job qualifications. Most of what is taught in American highschools is useless in the job world anyway.
The reason for high unemployment among African Americans has nothing to do with standardized testing or low qualifications. Aside from the studies that show real discrimination in hiring does still exist(to which I already referred), many African American communities are in the inner cities, cities which used to be centers of American industry. Lo and behold that industry began to disappear in the 70s, leaving nothing but crappy service sector jobs and in many places, few if any jobs.
You say you are against handouts, but it seems to me that the handouts you hate more are those which are wrongly associated with blacks(seeing that whites receive more welfare handouts even when you don’t include farm subsidies or corporate welfare). Moreover, why is there the assumption that minorities will always be underqualified? The whole point of affirmative action and equal opportunity was to make sure that qualified people weren’t discriminated against due to race, and studies show that still happens nonetheless.

Fine, then to word it more accurately, there is a disproportionate gap between black and white scores. If you work in a position that requires no reading or math skills, sure, it doesn’t matter, but the current system isn’t set up to put people in jobs that make use of their own natural potential. Not everyone SHOULD go to college in the first place, but they are still being accepted on lower standards because of their race.
Since most productive labor in the US has been outsourced or given to illegal immigrants, crappy service sector jobs are the only thing that’s left for most people, but that’s another issue. And you can’t pretend that all racial groups are equally qualified for the same positions, because they’re not. Besides, the employers aren’t stupid. They know affirmative action exists and will take it into consideration. And if a negro worker turns out to be unreliable (which is not an unheard of occurrence), firing him runs the risk of being sued for discrimination. Either way it’s an expensive mistake most businesses aren’t willing to risk. Sounds like proof affirmative action isn’t working.
Yes, I oppose all forms of welfare, but I’m not even talking about welfare (including minority welfare). And the fact is that most minorities ARE underqualified. There are obviously exceptions, just as there are underqualified and unintelligent white people, but if they are truly qualified, they don’t need affirmative action. Affirmative action doesn’t make race irrelevant, as it should be, but tries to create a false sense of equality.

You keep talking about tests but WHAT tests? SATs? Standardized tests in grade school? I have worked many jobs in the US and I don’t remember having to take any kind of academic style test for any one of them.
Second, there is no reason to say that “racial groups” don’t have the same capacity to do jobs seeing as how this capacity differs by INDIVIDUAL, not by racial group. There is simply no reason for an employer to make assumptions about someone’s capability based on race. In fact that wouldn’t explain the studies I referred to which show that employers are less likely to call back applicants with “black sounding names”, when they never even met them, regardless of qualifications. Got that? Regardless of qualifications.
I see that simple logical concepts are still escaping your grasp, by this quote:

Read the following a few times if you don’t get it immediately. Affirmative action is needed because discrimination is real, that means that regardless of qualifications, someone decides not to call back an applicant whose name is “Tyrone Jackson”, REGARDLESS of his qualifications. It is not a matter of being “equal” as a race, it is a matter of people being refused jobs regardless of their skill, qualifications, etc., on the basis of race.

Civil service and military have testing. When the results meant most minorities wouldn’t qualify, they started dividing the results by race and choose the highest-scoring minorities among OTHER MINORITIES.
Why is there no reason to say it? I’m not the one saying people should be hired based on race, but that’s what affirmative action is doing – NOT judging by the individual. The fact is that if not for programs designed to artificially “raise” them, there would be a lot fewer minorities being accepted. Which of course is automatically blamed on “discrimination” because there MUST be an acceptable amount of racial diversity in the workforce/universities.
And as I said before, affirmative action is doing more to encourage discrimination than letting in only those people, regardless of race, who are all meeting the SAME standards. So it happens that names sometimes give a hint at a person’s race – an employer would be discouraged from calling back a black person (yeah, I get it, “REGARDLESS OF QUALIFICATIONS”) because there’s a good chance that they ARE less qualified, thanks to the number of people only getting by on affirmative action, and if they do hire this person, they run the risk of being stuck with someone who can’t do the work, or firing them and getting sued. If anything, that’s unfair to the minorities who DID NOT NEED AFFIRMATIVE ACTION to get their qualifications, because now they will be discriminated against as well.
Sounds like you just don’t want to admit the evidence that genetic differences do exist and racial equality has to be forced – without affirmative action, that myth would fall apart rather quickly.

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to fail the ASVAB? It is next to impossible. Most people who join the army, whether black or white, happen to score rather low on the ASVAB.
The fact remains that discrimination in hiring, among other fields, still exists, as study after study show. So unless people wake the hell up and actually START judging individually, affirmative action will still be necessary.

Actually you are right Metal Gear, about how social connections are the main element. Something like 75% of new jobs are not advertised widely, it depends on who you know. So if minorities are kept out of the loop, many times they never even know about vacancies.

It also should be noted that there’s a distinction between the claim that blacks and minorities are still discriminated against in the United States and taking this to the extreme as if to say that basically Jim Crow is still in effect.
The prevalence of state-sponsored and systematic persecution of blacks et al. has substantially decreased in the last several decades because its a costly and unnecessary endeavor. That’s not to say blacks have been given an advantage, when in large part they have not evidently climbed the social ladder into the ranks of the ruling classes in numbers proportionate to their percentage of the population.
There are several black and minority individuals who are among the ruling bourgeoisie; and in recent decades the number of petit-bourgeois blacks has also increased.
But by and large, most blacks are still working class (and many lumpenproles, too) and are not benefiting from extraordinary and insidious advantages that are propelling them disproportionately to the highest ranks of the economic, political, cultural and academic fields.
