The Pledge of Allegiance

I pledge allegiance to the flag of hypocrisy.
One nation run by god. Imperialistic thought is the monopoly.
The republican democracy for which it stands- corrosive to the nation,
Then spreading it around the world…an abomination.

Liberty and justice for all?
Actually only for the elite.
Consumerism: the nation, the world burned raw.
I’ll use the flag to wipe my feet.
